Week 1 - #DitchTheCarb #Keto

Inspirational and Motivational Quotes To Get You Through The Week:

I'm a day early, tomorrow will be the end of week one of trying the Keto Diet. I'm not looking for a quick fix diet but a lifestyle change that will lead me to healthy. So this first week has had its ups and downs, but I'm maintaining and will continue to push forward to week 2. Going into week 2 I am in keto but I'm craving all types of sweets. Over the weekend I was not as productive with the diet as I was the beginning of the week, I was not tracking my food consumption, didn't drink enough water, and lacked in exercise. I will aim to be more prepared for the weekend in week 2 and continue push forward.

This is far from comfortable for me, but I can say that I'm not as sluggish, my glucose numbers are in normal range, so overall I'm winning.
