On to the next one...Week 2 and 3 #keto



Just know it always gets harder before it gets easier. Before I go into details on how weeks two, three and four went, let's get down to what everybody wants to know THE NUMBERS.

Week 2 - 282.4
Week 3 - 285.0
Week 4 - 281.2

So how did I come up with these numbers. Well going into week 3 I learned that I was taking in too much protein in week 2. I filled myself up with so much protein that I actually gained weight after some research I found out that too much protein is not good for you it turns into sugar which knocked me out of ketosis which caused me to gain weight alone with the extra sodium I was adding was retaining water so water weight and too much protein cause me to start gaining my weight back lesson learned. So going into week 3 I revamped my protein although I wasn't really hungry and probably didn't eat as much as needed. With the low calorie intake, which is not a good way to lose weight I manage to get my weight down and I'm going into week 4 happy to see that I lost the weight that I gained in week two. I'm going to have to learn to look at the non scale victories because this scale is going to be the death of me. Looking forward to some good results and hoping that before the 4 weeks areover I will be able hit 10-pounds loss, so stay tuned!!!
